PM inaugurates Central Vista Avenue

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Duty Path in front of India Gate at 8 pm on Thursday. They reached duty path at 7 pm. First he unveiled the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. After 19 months of continuous work, Central Vista Avenue has been completed.

PM Modi said- In the nectar festival of independence, the country has got a new inspiration today, new energy has been received. Today we are filling the picture of tomorrow, leaving behind the past, adding new colors to the picture of tomorrow. Today, this new aura which is visible everywhere, is the aura of confidence of New India.

He said that Kingsway, the symbol of slavery, which has become a matter of history from today, has been erased forever. Today a new history has been created in the form of a path of duty. I congratulate all the countrymen for their freedom from yet another identity of slavery, in this nectar of independence.

5 big things about Modi's speech

1. We have forgotten Netaji: Today a huge statue of our national hero Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose has also been installed near India Gate. At the time of slavery, there was a statue of the representative of the British Raj. Today the country has also established the life of a modern, strong India by establishing the statue of Netaji at the same place.

Subhas Chandra Bose was such a great man, who was beyond the challenge of position and resources. Such was his acceptance that the whole world considered him a leader. He had courage and self-respect. He had ideas, he had vision. He had leadership ability, had policies.

If after independence our India had followed the path of Subhash Babu, what heights would the country be at today! But unfortunately, this great hero of ours was forgotten after independence. Their ideas, even the symbols associated with them, were ignored.

2. This change is not limited to symbols: Today India's resolve and goals are its own. Our symbols and paths are ours. Today Rajpath has ceased to exist, so this is not the first example of slavery mentality. The Rajpath was for the British Raj, to whom the people of India were slaves. The spirit of Rajpath was also a symbol of slavery, its structure was also a symbol of slavery. Today its architecture has also changed, and its spirit has also changed. This is a continuous journey of determination. Where the Prime Minister of the country has lived. It has become a public welfare road. Indian music plays in the parade. The Navy has adopted the symbol of Chhatrapati by removing the symbol of slavery. This change is not limited to symbols.

3. We have to build India: Many British laws have changed today. Indian education policy is being freed from the slavery of language. Mahakavi Bharatiyar wrote poetry in Tamil language about the greatness of India, which means our country India is the greatest in the whole world. In finding the truth of life in valor in compassion, our country India is the greatest in the world. Every word of his poem was the hum of India during slavery. We have to build the India mentioned in this poem. Its path goes through the path of duty.
