MP Manish Tewari's taunt on Sidhu: Congress MP said – Those who do not understand Punjab are solving the issues, Pakistan must be happy

Navjot Singh Sidhu, who resigned from the post of Punjab Congress President, has been attacked by MP Manish Tewari. He said that those who do not understand Punjab, they are solving the issues. Tiwari expressed concern over the situation in Punjab. Manish Tewari is the Member of Parliament from Sri Anandpur Sahib.

Manish Tewari further said that the current situation in Punjab is unfortunate. If anyone would be happy to see the atmosphere of instability here, it is Pakistan. They must have thought that in these unstable conditions of Punjab, they would get an opportunity to carry out black designs.

Political stability needed in Punjab

Tiwari said that Punjab is a border state of Pakistan. It should be in safe hands. Election is definitely one aspect, but national interest is above all. There is an urgent need to restore political stability in Punjab. Tiwari also appreciated Captain Amarinder Singh. He said that Amarinder Singh understands the politics of Punjab very well. Tiwari is considered close to the captain. Tiwari had also opposed making Sidhu the head of Punjab Congress.

Peace in Punjab came due to the sacrifice of 25 thousand people

Tiwari said that being an MP from Punjab, he is very worried. The incidents happening here are very sad. This peace has come with great difficulty in Punjab. For this, about 25 thousand people sacrificed while fighting terrorism. There are also many Congressmen among them, who sacrificed their lives.

Big threat looming over Punjab

Tiwari said that the manner in which the Taliban captured Afghanistan, in that view, along with Kashmir, Punjab is also facing a big threat. In this situation, one should rise above party politics. I did not feel any minister, advocate general or officer, I should rise above this. We should think about the people of Punjab and the farmers who have been fighting for a year.
