The picture you see above is of Rishabh Kaushik of India. He has been living in Ukraine for 3 years and is a student of Computer Engineering. He is not ready to return to India without his pet dog Malibu, so he hid in a bunker in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.
It is common to take the lives of others and save their lives in war, but many people like Rishabh do not want to leave their pets in the middle of the war. They are afraid that they might lose their lives. This led to many Indian students refusing to return to the country without their pets because their paperwork for the flight was not being completed.
The Government of India has recently issued an advisory, according to which now Indian students can return home with their pets.
