Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been proven innocent in the cruise drugs case. The Narcotics Control Bureau has neither found any evidence against him nor has any witness accepted the supply of drugs to him. After Aryan's innocence, questions are now being raised whether NCB deliberately tried to implicate Aryan. This claim has also been made in an internal report of NCB itself.
The case was handed over to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the NCB after the bribery controversy arose in the Cruise case. The SIT in one of its internal reports has questioned the investigation officer of the case. According to the report, the SIT said that, 'It seems that the investigating officers somehow wanted to implicate Aryan, son of actor Shahrukh Khan, in the drugs case.'
read whatsapp chat in phone without confiscating
The report further said- 'It is very strange that despite Arbaaz Merchant saying that Aryan has nothing to do with drugs, the Investigation Officer read his WhatsApp chat without officially confiscating Aryan's phone. ' Arbaaz is a friend of Merchant Aryan, from whom the NCB had allegedly recovered six grams of charas.
The court can also raise questions on the investigation officer
The SIT report further stated that there were many lapses in the way NCB worked. During the trial, the intentions of the investigating officers in the court may be questioned. Courts are generally very lenient with those who have not recovered drugs and have no solid evidence against them. In such a situation, the way of working of NCB can weaken the case.
The officer who arrested Aryan was Sameer Wankhede and he was also investigating the case initially.

Aryan refused to take drugs on cruise
The SIT report further states, 'Merchant told the investigating officer that Aryan was aware that he (Merchant) used to take drugs at times. Merchant has also said that Aryan asked her not to carry hash (drugs) on the cruise. Aryan had said that NCB is very active and they (Merchant) could be in trouble. In October last year, Merchant admitted to keeping charas in shoes but denied that it was meant for Aryan and others.
Mumbai Police also closed the investigation of cruise case
After the clean chit of NCB, now the Mumbai Police has also stopped the investigation of the cruise drugs case. Let us tell you that the Mumbai Police was also investigating the matter. However, no arrest has been made from their side. Mumbai Police has said that no case has been registered on their behalf and evidence is yet to be found in this case.
Was taken into custody on 2 October
Let us inform that on the night of 2 October, after raiding the rave party going on Cordelia cruise ship going from Mumbai to Goa, many people including Munmun Dhamecha, Arbaaz Merchant along with Aryan Khan were detained for taking drugs and trading. Had taken. Aryan and his associates were granted bail on October 28. While granting bail, the court had said that Aryan Khan will have to make an appearance at the NCB office every week.
Action should be taken against those falsely implicated: Home Minister Patil
Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil has said that the clean chit given to Aryan in the chargesheet proves that there was no truth in this case. I think the center should also pay attention to this and take action against the concerned. If anyone is doing the work of falsely implicating an innocent person, then action must be taken against them.
