Numbers 18 to 22 were the wings of the plane near the seat. There was a loud sound coming from there. The bird did not hit the plane. It was a maintenance problem.
The plane took off on Sunday afternoon at 12.03. While taking off, the left wing caught fire with a loud bang. After 22 minutes (12:25 pm), the pilot consciously landed the plane at the airport. All passengers are inside the airport. Preparations are being made to send everyone to Delhi by another flight at 4 pm.

A SpiceJet spokesperson said, "The cockpit crew of the Patna-Delhi SpiceJet flight after take-off collided with a suspicious bird on engine number 1 during rotation. As a precaution, the flight captain switched off engine number 1 and returned to Patna. Post-flight inspection shows that 3 fans were damaged when the bird struck.

A total of 4 flights were affected due to this. This includes Indigo Key 2 and Spice Jet Key 2.
