Police reached the spot from PGI police station and investigated in the presence of FSL expert. The deceased was identified as Sachin Lather, a resident of Lijwana Kalan in Jind, who was a student of Nekiram College. Along with this, he was preparing for the job by staying in Rohtak's PG.
