760 days after Sushant Singh Rajput's death, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday filed a 286-page draft chargesheet in the NDPS court. 237 pages contain detailed statements of 33 accused. In page 49, the role of accused number 10 i.e. Riya, accused number 7 i.e. his brother Shovik and other accused has been told.
The NCB has also submitted 6,272 pages of digital evidence, 2,226 pages of bank documents and a CD containing mobile numbers. 2,960 documents have been submitted as evidence.

Riya's name 32 times in 49 page report
Riya's name has been mentioned 32 times in NCB's 49-page report. Point number 11 reads that after revelations by Shovik, Samuel to Dipesh and Riya were called for questioning on 6th, 7th, 8th September 2020. Evidence of his involvement in drugs case was found. On this basis, he was arrested on 8 September 2020. He is out on bail now.
Bought 5 grams of ganja for 10 thousand
It is written in point number 53 that on March 17, at the behest of Sushant, using Riya's ATM card, her manager Samuel Miranda had bought 5 grams of ganja from a paddler named Zaid Vilatra for 10 thousand rupees.
Riya and Shovik had asked Dipesh Sawant to take charas/hashish from Kaizan Ibrahim by paying 7000 rupees.
Point number 63 reads that on April 17, 2020, Riya Chakraborty and Shovik ordered Dipesh Sawant to receive charas and ganja from Kaizan Ibrahim. Delivery took place in the evening near Mount Blank Building. Dipesh gave 7 thousand rupees to Kaizan. Riya had given this money to him. Riya used to pay Dipesh Sawant separately for grocery and ganja purchases.
Bought two packets of 25-25 grams
It is written in point number 64 that Riya gave Rs 10,000 to Dipesh Sawant, this money was given by Sawant to Dwayne Fernandes outside Mount Blank building and bought two packets of 25-25 grams of ganja from him. Riya bought a packet in it for Shovik.
It is written in point number 78 that Riya used to do all the work of drugs from finance to its management. On March 16, Rhea Chakraborty had a meeting (NCB named it a conspiracy) with her brothers Shovik, Samuel, Dipesh Sawant and others before buying drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput.
Everyone had discussed the price, payment and delivery method before buying the drugs. It is also mentioned in the same point that Riya had given Rs 7,000 to Dipesh Sawant to bring groceries and ganja.
Riya gives her house to Sushant for using drugs
Point number 79 reads that in the last week of November 2019, drugs were delivered at their house with the consent of Riya and Shovik. Riya had given her house to Sushant for using drugs.
According to NCB, this is a violation of the NDPS Act. NCB has alleged that Riya took delivery of drugs at her home. He stored drugs at his house. Paid money for drugs. This proves that Riya was active in drug dealing and her brother had given full help in this work.
Drugs used to reach Sushant through 5 people
In point number 81, NCB has told how Riya Chakraborty was operating this entire game. In this NCB has made a flow chart. In which, keeping Riya in the middle, her chat, bank account and transactions are shown. The mobile number that Riya was using has also been shown.
It is written in point number 132 that drugs used to reach Sushant through five people. First drug paddler Anuj Keswani used to deliver it to Kaizan Ibrahim. After this it used to reach Sushant's house worker Deepesh Sawant. She used to reach from Deepesh to Shovik or Riya and through Riya to Sushant.
NCB first among 3 big agencies, which reached the stage of chargesheet
NCB has become the first agency which has been able to reach the charge sheet in the case of Sushant's death. The CBI had registered a case in this case on 6 August 2020. It has been 708 days since investigating him, but nothing has been found in the hands of the agency so far. ED also got nothing.
Apart from these three agencies, Mumbai and Bihar Police also investigated in this case. Mumbai Police has termed Sushant's death as suicide. Bihar Police said that the Mumbai Police did not allow us to investigate.
