A fire broke out at a hotel in Hyderabad at 10 pm on Monday. 8 people have died in the accident. Hyderabad Commissioner CV Anand told news agency ANI that the fire brigade had reached on time. The rescue operation was carried out swiftly, but the smoke was very high and due to this some people lost their lives.
Police said that there was an electronic scooter recharge unit on the ground floor of the hotel. The fire spread from here. The fire engulfed the first and second floors. The smoke was very heavy and people lost their lives due to suffocation.
According to reports, there were 25 people in the building at the time of the incident. Many people present on the spot rescued the people trapped in the hotel and took them to the hospital. Some people even jumped out of windows to save their lives.
