Answer- First of all make a master list, for this follow the steps given below-

Log in by opening the IRCTC app and entering your ID password.

After HOME at the bottom of the mobile screen, the option of MY ACCOUNT will appear, click on it.

Click on My Master List.

If you haven't already created a master list, NO Record found will appear, touch OK next to it.

Now click on Add Passenger on the screen.

Now fill the details of the passenger and click on Add Passenger written in red color below.

Now the details of the passenger will be successfully saved and you will be able to see it.
