The girl was found in a sack on the side of the road, even then the rod was inside her. The girl is being treated at Delhi's GTB Hospital. Police have registered a case against Dinu, Shahrukh, Javed, Dhola, Aurangzeb alias Zaheer. Out of these, 4 are being questioned.

The woman's brother has named Dinu, Shahrukh, Javed, Dhola, Aurangzeb alias Zaheer at the Nandgram police station in Ghaziabad. The interrogation of 4 in custody is going on.
Brother told- The incident is of October 16. Sister came to my birthday party. After the party was over, I left at Delhi Ashram Road at 9.30 pm on Nandgram Highway, where my sister was waiting for the auto. At 11.30 pm, the nephew called and told that the mother has not reached home. After which search was done, but nothing was found.
According to the police FIR, the victim was picked up from the road by some Scorpio riding youths showing a gun. There were four people in Scorpio. They took him to a secluded place. A young man was already present at that place. The five raped her for two days. After this tied my hands and feet and threw them in the sack and left.
Ghaziabad SP City Nipun Aggarwal said, "At 3.30 am on October 18, police station Nandgram received information through UP-112 that a woman was lying near Ashram Road. Police reached there and took the woman to the hospital. "

Ghaziabad SP City Nipun Aggarwal said, "In interrogation, the woman told that she is a resident of Nandnagri Delhi and had come to Bombay Colony of Nandgram area a day ago to celebrate her birthday at her brother's place.
