Aam Aadmi Party MLA waved wads of currency in the Delhi Assembly on Wednesday. AAP MLA from Rithala, Mohinder Goyal, waving wads of currency notes, said that there was an attempt to buy them. Goyal alleged that the mafia is giving jobs in Delhi's Ambedkar Hospital by taking money. There was an attempt to bribe me to keep quiet. Goyal said that he had raised the issue with LG VK Saxena as well.
Goyal reached the assembly with a bundle of 15 lakh notes in his bag. During the speech, he took out the notes from his bag and kept them on the table. He picked up bundles of notes in his hands and said, 'This is the token money, which was given to me as a bribe. I also raised the issue of giving jobs for money to the Chief Secretary and the LG. I wrote a letter to him. I am doing this work by risking my life. Those people are so domineering that wrong can happen to me too. I was given money not to raise your voice.
Mohinder Goyal took out bundles of notes from the bag and said, 'Those who bribed me can also do wrong to me. I am doing this work by risking my life.
AAP MLA accused on recruitment in hospital
Goyal has raised the issue of recruitment in Ambedkar Hospital in the Vidhan Sabha. Goyal alleged, 'Here people who should be given jobs according to the rules, are not being given them. Tender has been taken out for nursing and other posts here.
He said, “According to the rules of the government, 80 per cent of the recruitment should be of old employees, but this is not happening. The contractors take their share from the salary of the employees who get the job. Mafia and contractors are giving jobs by taking money through setting. Complaints were made everywhere, but no action was taken.
