A similar sentence was seen in Turkey's Sanliurfa province, when a woman was taken out alive after 22 hours. The rescue team found this woman in unconscious condition. On the other hand, in Aleppo, Syria, people are being pulled out by cutting the roofs of the buildings. This is the scene in many cities of both the countries.

This devastation in Turkey and Syria came after 3 major earthquakes. According to Turkish time, the first came on Monday at around 4 am (7.8), the second at around 10 am (7.6) and the third at 3 pm (6.0). Apart from this, 243 aftershocks were recorded. Their intensity was 4 to 5.


More than 4,300 people have died in both the countries. In Turkey, 2,921 people have lost their lives and more than 15,000 people have been injured. At the same time, 1,444 people were killed in Syria and more than 2 thousand were injured.


Devastation in 10 provinces of Turkey, while Syria's Aleppo city destroyed

There has been heavy destruction in more than 10 provinces of Turkey. More than 6,217 buildings have collapsed here. Similar is the situation in Syria because of the earthquake. Many of the earthquake-affected areas here are under the control of Bashar al-Assad's government and the rebels, due to which it is difficult to get the exact figure of devastation.


The Syrian government agency SANA has reported that several historic buildings in the city of Aleppo have been damaged. According to UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric, 224 buildings have collapsed in northwest Syria and 325 have suffered significant damage.
