Many believe that if they had the right "external" motivation to perform, they would do wonders. Many also find that an external dose of energy and inspiration can shake up their internal motivation system and miracles can happen.

Is it true? Does this happen?

Yes and no Sometimes and sometimes not. For some, and for some not. Why is it like this?

Today, I'll be sharing with you five secrets to staying motivated all the time. Yes, it is possible.

Five Tips for Permanent Motivation

1) Tip Number One - YOLO YOLO – You Only Live Once

You only live once - remember every day that you wake up in the morning that you only have this one life and nothing more. This is the life you can control, change, shape, mold and lead. What happens after death is oblivion, nothing else. So why not make the most of it?

Now many people who believe in reincarnation will disagree, but they also have to agree that at least in this life you only live once! So why not take full advantage of it.

2) Tip Number Two - No one really cares about you except you

It's important for you to remember that even the best motivational speakers really only care about themselves, not the audience. They too chase personal success, fame and money. The audience's success (if it happens) helps them to be more successful. So if you think that someone else really cares about you, then you are wrong.

You have to take care of your own life, career and future. This feeling can change a lot for you. This is the source of internal motivation.
